Do you work with fondant and create fondant cakes?

Never! We work exclusively with Swiss meringue buttercream and ganache. Swiss meringue is a luxurious, smooth and creamy alternative to traditional American style buttercream which can often be overly sweet and gritty in texture.

Do you offer delivery or shipping of cakes?

Not yet! Currently we do not offer delivery or shippable options! All orders must be picked up on the North Shore of Long Island, New York.

Do you offer tastings?

Tasting boxes are available for purchase. Please submit an inquiry including which cake flavors and fillings you would like to sample. Use the inquiry form located under the “contact” menu or here.

Do you offer vegan/gluten-free /eggless products?

Gluten free options are available on request, additional fees apply.  All of my cakes currently contain eggs and dairy products. ​  If you or someone in your party has a food allergy, I do not recommend that you purchase from my kitchen.

Will you replicate an image of a bespoke cake design I found?

Due to the creative nature of my work, cakes will vary slightly from previous designs–especially if flowers are used. Beauty, ingenuity and artistic expression are core values of CandiGrams. You are most welcome to send me pictures of other cakes to use as inspiration in the cake I create for you.

How long will I be able to store my bespoke cake or cupcakes?

If it outlasts the event (which it usually doesn’t), your cake can stay in the fridge for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. I recommend cupcakes to be eaten fresh but 1-2 days in the fridge still works.  (I even heard of people freezing them!)
